Admissions Committee
Our admissions team consists of 100-150 Fellows are actively involved in scoring and deciding whom to admit.
Criteria
Unlike incubators, we do not judge the quality of your startup. Instead we focus on YOU. What matters to us is that we only choose very high-caliber individuals. Within this, we look at leadership, entrepreneurial or innovation experience, potential for success in the startup ecosystem, willingness to be an active member of the community, and cultural fit with our values. We believe diversity is critical to the best educational and innovative environments.
Admits & Admit Rates
We take between 15 and 25 Fellows in each chapter. Our admit rate averages between 20-30% in past years.

Welcome to Startup Leadership. We are excited that you are looking to apply to the program. You may choose to apply in English or for select chapters, in one of five languages - French, Russian, Simplified Chinese (Shanghai), Traditional Chinese (Taipei) or Japanese (Tokyo). Please note that you may attend classes in any chapter, even if you move to another country part-way through the program.
