Ed-tech startup BrightBytes raises $33 million in Series C funding led by Insight Venture Partners

Ed-tech startup Bright Bytes founded by SLP San Francisco Fellow (2012) Rob Mancabelli, raises 33$ in funding from a round led by Insight Venture Partners, clocking in a total of $51.5 million in funding till date. CEO Rob Mancabelli co-founded the San Francisco-based startup in 2012 to help school administrators manage dropout prevention, at-risk student identification, data privacy, digital safety and leadership effectiveness. The company offers tools to evaluate how investment in technology affects outcomes in the classroom.
