HERE Technologies has signed a definitive agreement to acquire all of Micello.

Once the transaction is completed, Micello will join the Venue Maps team as part of the Internet-of-Things business unit and continue their mission of mapping everything indoors.

Micello creates, edits and publishes accurate and useful Indoor maps, which fits right in with HERE that provides mapping solutions and location services, indoors and outdoors. Micello was founded in 2007 by Ankit Agarwal.
