March 12, 2022, 1:01 p.m.ASG, a portfolio company of Alpine Investors that buys, builds, and operates vertical SaaS companies, announced the acquisition of ALICE from Expedia Group.
Co-Founded by SLP Fellows Alex Shashou and Dmitry Koltunov, ALICE is an all-in-one hotel operations platform that empowers hotels to deliver a remarkable guest experience. It brings together a hotel’s front office, concierge, housekeeping, and maintenance teams. It also connects the guests to the hotel with an app and text messaging tools.
ALICE provides hotel managers with the tools to improve guest satisfaction and streamline operational costs. Today, ALICE is used by over 25,000 hoteliers around the world.
