Real estate tech company Yorango acquired by UPTOP (SLP New York, 2017)

Adam Kirsch's Yorango has been acquired by UPTOP for an undisclosed amount. Yorango, a real estate tech company, has been backed by Excell Partners, CenterState CEO, and Startup Labs.

This acquisition creates a significant opportunity for the group to be our spiritual successor and move even faster toward our aligned vision of creating innovative solutions within real estate.

"We are excited to join forces with a team that has built relationships with landlords and renters around the Ithaca area," said Francis Barletta, CEO of UPTOP. “We believe that Yorango's former CEO Adam Kirsch, former CTO Anton Gilgur, and their team members did a phenomenal job in creating a business that made renting simple for thousands of renters and their landlords which ultimately lead us to this decision”.

Yorango was incubated by Cornell’s eLab, an accelerator program for student startups that is dedicated to accelerating the top Cornell University startups. The resources provided by the program proved prudent to the growth and success of the company.

UPTOP is a platform that connects renters and landlords, automates the process, from search through payments, all in one place. UPTOP has a demonstrated history of building innovative software and helping customers achieve their goals.
