Workday is a cloud ERP alternative for HR and financial management to businesses. Rallyteam will continue to work at Workday. Workday will be acquiring the talent at Rallyteam, and they will be placed in the company’s engineering unit, to focus towards excelling in its machine learning efforts. The acquired talent will help Workday while applying their deep expertise to help customers uncover the best talent, inside and outside of their organizations, to meet business needs. Last year, RallyTeam raised $8.6 million, in a Series A round of financing, co-led by Norwest Venture Partners and Storm Ventures with participation from Cornerstone OnDemand and Wilson Sonsini.
