Vinod Nair is Founder & CEO of Enzen Technologies, India’s leading energy & utility solutions company based out of Bangalore with revenues nearing $ 100 million and employing over 1,500 professionals spread across 9 countries. This venture is now widely recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in Asia. Prior to his entrepreneurial stint, Vinod has led technology consulting, systems integration and program management engagements with leading global consulting firms across the globe. He has a proven history of assisting companies design visionary strategies and implement necessary tactics to achieve dynamic sustained growth and profitability. His experience covers a number of industries including Energy, Utilities, Engineering, Retail & Financial Services spanning Europe, US and Asia. Throughout his 16 year long career, Vinod has received a fair share of awards and accolades including IIMB Alumni Entrepreneur of the Year Award (2011), Star Entrepreneur Award (2010) and Award for Excellence in National Development (2009). He is also an invited mentor, speaker and judge at a number of IITs & IIMs. He holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kerala, Fulbright-Nehru-CII Fellowship for Leadership in Management and a PhD in Strategic Management from Mahatma Gandhi University. He has attended the Global Leadership Forum at Carnegie Mellon University. He is a 2012 Fellow in the Startup Leadership Program in Bangalore.
