Adi is the founder of Studycopter.He has an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. While at Darden, he worked with the core team that piloted Kindle reading devices in higher-ed institutes in the US and was also a part of and received seed funding from the Batten Incubator to operationalize Studycopter. He is also a recipient of the UW-Madison Leadership Award, Carole J. Foster Award, and Eugene Hotaling Memorial Scholarship from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, from where he graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. Adi has worked as a product engineer, operations guy, consultant, and sales manager in his pre-Studycopter life. Adi is a 2013 fellow in the Startup Leadership Program in New Delhi.

Aashish BeergiCo-FounderMASH Project
Aashish is a youth activist and a social entrepreneur based out of New Delhi, India. He founded Mash Global, which is building innovative platforms for young people to engage with social development work. One of its key initiatives is Mash Project, which is using the power of modern-age technologies like mobile apps to promote sustainable development. Recently, Aashish represented Mash Project on a global platform where it was one of the 15 organisations selected from all over the world to attend the Experts Meeting on Youth Mobile initiative by UNESCO at its headquarters in Paris, France. Aashish has been British Council's Global Changemaker from India in 2009 and represented his country at the fourth Global Youth Summit in London, U.K. Later in 2011, he was selected as a member of the Indian delegation to the International Youth Forum, Seliger, Russia. He firmly believes in young people as an exponential resource to bring the required change in our society. He has addressed fellow youth at various national and international platforms. He is currently working on his new initiative www.YouthPhilanthropy.org and blogs at www.YouthLeadership.in He is also a member of the national committee of Interfaith Youth Action Team on HIV & AIDS, an initiative by the National Council for Churches in India (NCCI). Aashish graduated from Jamia Millia Islamia in Business Studies where he established the University Entrepreneurship Society that went onto become one of the most active students body in a short span of time. He has organised various youth events like first International Youth Forum, New Delhi; Rolex Leadership Forum; and TEDx Talks among others. Although a B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Kanpur, I got an opportunity to handle Essenza Di Wills, a premium personal care brand at ITC. In my two year stint at ITC, my mechanical engineering knowledge was put to test while trying to setup a novel opaque soap manufacturing process. I have always been passionate about leveraging technology for developing solutions to social problems. Realizing the importance of waste management for a developing country like India, I decided to address the problem of formalization of waste management sector. Avshesh, which is a one stop solution for disposal of Electronic and Electrical Waste, was launched in January end and I have been working full time on it since May. We inventorize the waste to be disposed of, evaluate a minimum bid price, host an e auction on avshesh.com, and handle post auction processes - payment, pickup, and legal obligation fulfilment- for the client.I also love playing racket sports and travelling and am ever ready for a morning jog. Akanksha Shrivastava, Founder, Rappo
Akanksha Shrivastava is an accesory design graduate from National Institute of Fashion Technology. After NIFT, she joined Tanishq, India’s #1 jewellry and watch company as a core team member of the International Business Division. Here she honed her skills in market research, new product development and project coordination. Thereafter, she launched her own design consultancy firm and provided services to many clients in India and abroad, and also taught at NIFT in parallel. During the same time, she co-founded Ekriti.com , a social venture working towards preservation of local art. In 2011, she was chosen as a Young India Fellow from among 6850 applicants all over India and is currently pursuing a liberal arts program with YIF in association with the University of Pennsylvania. She also won the Weave the Future Challenge, by Marzotto group (a 175 years old company and a world leader in textiles) and was the only Indian to be invited to Italy for this. She is a 2012 Fellow in the Startup Leadership Program in New Delhi and plans to launch Rappo, a one-of-a-kind dating startup in India by the end of 2012.

Akash Raman is the co-founder and CEO of Oodio, a post-production and design services company that works with 100+ photographers across the globe. Prior to Oodio, he worked at Ashoka: Innovators for the Public, where he built the Youth and Children vertical that aims to create an "Everyone a Changemaker" world with a specific focus on the 600 million Youth and Children across India.
