Shivananda R Koteshwar (Shivoo) is Mentor & Advisor to several startups including Sparsha Learning Technologies and Purpleframe Technologies, and in the process of incubating two more ideas in the learning space. Shivoo is a successful and a versatile serial entrepreneur, angel investor and mentor. He works as a Director in Synopsys, a leading EDA (Electronic Design Automation) company and has more than 16years of experience in the space. Shivoo has started a non-profit venture, Chowki to bridge the gap between the industry, academia and student community. Chowki’s members include SMEs and academia and focuses on management studies, electronics and computer science. The activities include authoring text books, creating course material, and teaching management concepts to undergraduate and graduate management students through case studies. Shivoo has completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at IIM Bangalore, holds an MS in VLSI from Oregon Graduate Institute, Bachelors of Technology in Electronics and Communication from Mysore University and has completed an Intellectual Property Rights Law Course at National Law School. . He is a 2012 Fellow in the Startup Leadership Program in Bangalore. His area of expertise are Mentoring, Investor, Educationalist, Writer, Corporate Strategy, Energy. He is also a Co founder to The Amaatra Academy and a New Company which is in Stealth Mode for some time. He has 20+ years of experience in Semiconductor Industry, Hospitality Industry and Education
