Aanand Krishnan currently works in the corporate development and strategic planning group at Symantec. Prior to this he worked at Dolby, where he focuses on evaluating and executing strategic acquisitions and investments, as well as corporate strategic initiatives. Prior to Dolby, Aanand worked as a technology investment banker at Morgan Stanley where he advised a wide variety of semiconductor, hardware and clean tech companies in financing and M&A transactions totaling over $4 billion. Aanand spent five years at Agilent Technologies' Fiber Optics division in various roles in research, product development, pre-sales and product management. Aanand has an MBA from U.C. Berkeley where he was the recipient of the C.J. White fellowship, a Masters in photonics from U.C. Santa Barbara and a bachelors in electrical engineering from BITS Pilani.

Aaron Ganick is currently responsible for the SMART Home Business Unit in the Americas, including profit and loss responsibility, business strategy, strategic alliances, and resource planning. HE has been the CEO of ByteLight (Acquired by Acuity Brands, Inc.), a Boston University spin off company seeking to commercialize visible light communication (VLC) technology. Aaron brings with him multiple years of field experience in electrical and mechanical system design, and a master’s degree specializing in technology commercialization and entrepreneurship. Since receiving his BS in Electrical Engineering at Boston University in 2010, he has worked to develop business strategies to leverage and commercialize the limitless benefits of solid state lighting. Since incorporation ByteLight has obtained angel investment, acceptance into Highland Capital’s summer program, and is a current semi finalist in the 2011 Clean Tech Open. He is a 2012 Fellow in the Startup Leadership Program in Boston.

Aaron KhooGeolopigs
Aaron Khoo is the President of Fonoluo, a device rental company looking to alleviate the pain for companies having to buy and maintain hundreds of different mobile devices for testing purposes. Fonoluo will rent devices to companies on an as-needed basis for a fraction of the cost it would take to purchase them. Prior to Fonoluo, he worked at Microsoft, where he was a Principal Development Lead managing teams in both Windows and Xbox Live, including a one-year stint in China. His diverse contributions at Microsoft include client security, windows shell development, web/messenger gaming, Xbox applications and business intelligence. He has deep experience shipping both client and server software, and is a named inventor on four patents. Aaron holds a PhD in Computer Science from Northwestern University. He is a long time gamer, an avid runner and is oddly passionate about great TV. He is a 2013 Fellow in the Startup Leadership Program in Seattle.

Abhijit BhatDirectorPfizer
Abhijit (Abhi) Bhat, PhD is Director of Chemistry at CovX, a division of Pfizer Biotherapeutics Research. He joined CovX in Feb 2003 as one of the early employees and helped establish and build the chemistry group at CovX. During his tenure at CovX and previously Ontogen, Abhi has managed preclinical discovery programs in diverse disease areas such as Diabetes, Wound healing, Pain, HIV and Oncology and has a successful track record of rapidly advancing programs to deliver development candidates. Abhi has the unique experience of managing a project from early discovery stage through clinical development as he was the project leader for both the preclinical and the clinical teams for CVX-060, an anti angiopoietin-2 targeting CovX-Body that is currently in Phase II trials for treatment of renal cell carcinoma. Abhi has made key contributions on the technology front that have resulted in bifunctional biologics CVX-241 and CVX-426 that are currently in clinical development. Abhi received a PhD in Medicinal Chemistry from Ohio State Univ. and conducted postdoctoral research at the Univ. of Arizona exploring therapeutic applications for carbohydrates

Prior to Nokia, Abhinav was an associ he was responsible for partnering with social networking & media companies, scouting for white space opporate at General Catalyst Partners assisting a portfolio company with growth strategy. He has consulting experience at Booz Allen Hamilton, a mobile startup in New Zealand and a European seafood company. He has spent 5 years at Citrix Systems as release program manager leading a team of over 60 for the Internet security business and was awarded the leadership and team achievement awards. Abhinav has an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management where he worked on startup ideas in social media and mobile and was a semi-finalist in the MIT $100k competition. He also has a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from University of Florida and bachelors from BITS, Pilani. Ace Moghimi is currently pursuing an evening MBA from Babson College's F.W. Olin School of Business. He was formerly an Operations & Commodities Analyst at Barclays Capital in NYC, later moving to Boston and attaining a position as a Derivatives Analyst at John Hancock. His responsibilities have ranged from leading and managing major projects to doing analysis and reporting for internal business units. In his spare time, he launched his first company in Real Estate, investing in small cash flow properties. He previously worked for a startup that ran venture accelerator programs over a weekend for college students, and is in constant pursuit of his next venture as he moves through the SLP 2011-2012. On this team, he automated and operationalized revenue reporting and opportunity. identification, for which he was awarded a National Gold OSO Recognition Award. Concurrently, Adam founded the Apps for Edu team in New England, 'selling' Google's cloud computing solutions to local universities. He also worked with countless internal product teams on 50+ working ideas. For the past year he's been managing $40M in annualized ad spend for a book of financial service advertisers, offering consultative sales solutions across Search, Display, YouTube, Mobile and other channels. Previous to Google, he was an undergraduate at the University of Michigan, where he earned degrees in Organizational Studies (Innovation & Marketing Management) as well as Psychology. He was proud to be selected as the student speaker for the graduating Honors Convocation, and also received a $20,000 Scholars Award.
